**Important Information: Please note that the living spaces are located on the second floor, accessible via stairs. Our tranquil coastal community enforces quiet hours after 10 PM per Pinellas County STR regulations, making Crystal Beach Paradise ideal for families seeking relaxation..
1. Check-in time is between 4 PM and 9 PM. Please inform the hosts if you plan to arrive after 9 PM. Check-out time is at 10 AM.
2. The minimum age for booking is 25 years old.
3. No smoking, drugs, pets, or weapons are allowed on the property. Smoking is only permitted outside in the front driveway. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee for cleaning and smoke removal.
4. Parties, loud music, and outside visitors are strictly prohibited. Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. All guest names must be provided prior to arrival. Additional guests not included in the reservation will incur a fee of $100 per day, per guest. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
5. Respectful noise levels must be maintained, especially during the designated quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM. All outdoor lights and the TV should be turned off at 10 PM.
6. Outdoor spaces, including the pool, lounge, and bar, have specific rules to be followed, such as no diving in the pool, no touching pool equipment, and no glass in the pool/lounge area. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM.
7. Effective communication is important, and any damage or breakage should be immediately reported to the hosts. Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and not move any furniture. Beach sand should be washed off before returning beach items to their designated places.
8. The fireplace in the 2/1 unit is for decorative purposes only and should not be used.
9. Windows and doors should remain closed to maintain proper air conditioning and prevent bugs from entering.
10. The guest who booked the property is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their accompanying guests. Tampering with the outdoor security cameras will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
11. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using the swimming pool, fire pit, and gas grill on the property.
Outdoor areas are monitored by Nest voice/video recorded security cameras in the front, lounge, bar, and pool areas.
By booking Crystal Beach Paradise, guests agree to comply with these rules and conditions to ensure a pleasant and safe stay.
