Entering through the carport, you will be greeted by the Game Room with a foosball table, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, a Roku TV, a sound bar, and deck access to the hot tub and pool area Off the hallway is a shared half bathroom and bedroom #1. Bedroom #1 is a spacious King room with a Roku TV, deck access to the hot tub and pool area, and en suite full bathroom.

Mid Level: Take the staircase up to the next level and you will find a full hallway bathroom, a laundry room, and 4 spacious bedrooms all equipped with Roku TVs, Bedrooms #2 and #3 are ocean-facing King rooms with en suite full bathrooms and access to a private covered deck. Bedroom # 4 is a sound facing Queen room with access to a private covered deck. Bedroom #5 is perfect for the kids in your group, furnished with a pyramid bunk (Twin over Full) with a Twin trundle. Bedrooms #4 and #5 share access to the full hallway bathroom.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top level, you will enter the remarkable Great Room, with cathedral ceilings, large windows and a sun deck for viewing the ocean, and ample seating for everyone. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today’s catch, and a breakfast bar that seats 5. The large dining room table seats 8 and boasts ocean views. Off the Great Room is a full hallway bathroom, a half bathroom, and two bedrooms. Bedroom #6 is a Queen bedroom with a private sound-facing deck and bedroom # 7 has 2 Twin beds. Both bedrooms share the bathrooms located off the hallway.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
