You will make incredible memories in this updated and wonderfully decorated 1,600 sq ft. private home which you will have all to yourself. Sunny Lane Beach House features a brand new putting green in the backyard surrounded by tropical landscaping, a rooftop deck and a game room for all ages.

A private putting green, game room, smart TV’s throughout and unlimited wi-fi will keep both kids and adults entertained. At Sunny Lane Beach House, wake up in the morning and stop by the custom coffee and tea bar, then stroll to the second story deck and watch the sunrise. You’ll even enjoy a partial view of the Banana River Lagoon. If you’re lucky, you might catch a SpaceX rocket Launch from Cape Canaveral and get a view few people get to experience.

When you’re ready to seize the day, take advantage of the kayaks on property (all amenities included) and explore the Banana River. Or walk the other direction and in less than a minute, have your toes in the sand of the beautiful and quiet beach. We have plenty of beach gear and toys available for you.

After a relaxing day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then grab a beverage and kick-back in the screened-in patio, play some cornhole, or impress the family with your putting and chipping skills on the putting green!

There’s plenty of free, unlimited wi-fi for all devices, and even a small desk (and nice view) upstairs to get some work done (if you must).

Enjoy countless hours of fun in the game room featuring a stand-up arcade machine with 4,500 of the best classic arcade games. Don’t be surprised if the parents have more fun than the kids with this one! The game room also includes foosball, darts, the ring game, board games, and more.

When it’s time to turn in, you’ll sleep comfortably in our Zinus Memory Foam beds, with a King bed in the Master bedroom, two Full Size beds in the “Surf” room, and another King bed in the upstairs Loft room.

Sunny Lane Beach House also features a tankless water heater, so you’ll never run out of hot water while the family gets ready to go out and enjoy Cocoa Beach restaurants and night life. You’re just 5 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach, and just 8 minutes from the world-famous Ron Jon Surf Shop.

But if you choose to stay in, Sunny Lane Beach House features a fully stocked kitchen, gas stove/oven and grill with all the tools needed to feed the whole family.
